Une épave d'un chasseur allemand de la dernière guerre tombé en Méditerranée située en face de Saint-Tropez à une profondeur de 51 à 55 mètres où l'avion est posé sur un tombant. La queue serait encore plus profonde...

Le JU 87 fut le célèbre" Stuka" qui sema la terreur au début de la guerre. Le bruit de son moteur emballé et celui d'une sirène sous une aile le rendait psychologiquement effrayant...

Peu de renseignements sur ce naufrage. On ne sait pas s'il était allemand ou italien. Il n'était pas armé, sa casserole d'hélice était couverte d'au moins quatre couches de peinture. Il avait subi des réparations. Ces observations plaident en faveur d'un appareil d'entraînement...

Le "Stuka" est la maquette d'AIRFIX à l'échelle 1/24ème. Les plongeurs sont des figurines de personnel de piste en résine à la même échelle et transformées... en plongeurs !

The "Stuka" is the AIRFIX 1/24 scale model. The divers are resin ground crew figures in the same scale, transformed into... divers !
