Un hommage à Gir et Blueberry. L'idée de départ est l'arche en pierre de l'album "Chihuahua Pearl". Blueberry et sa monture ont été remplacés par un apache SERIE 77 en plomb 90mm qui fait le guet. Le décor est sculpté en plâtre à modeler sur armature. Le cheval est une figurine TAMIYA à l'échelle 1/35ème. Le crâne est sculpté en mastic à deux composants. Des figurines PREISER à l'échelle 1/225ème sont disposées à l'horizon. Une peinture en trompe-l'oeil sur le fond complète la scène... Le diorama est réalisé en "perspective forcée" - l'échelle diminue à mesure que l'on s'éloigne vers l'horizon...

 

A tribute to Gir and Blueberry. The starting point is the stone arch from the "Chihuahua Pearl" album. Blueberry and his mount have been replaced by a SERIE 77 90mm lead apache that keeps watch. The scenery is sculpted in plaster on armature. The horse is a 1/35th scale TAMIYA figurine. The skull is sculpted in two-component putty. PREISER 1/225th scale figures are arranged on the horizon. A realistic painting on the background completes the scene... The diorama is created in "forced perspective" - the scale decreases as you move away towards the horizon...
